FINANCIAL, MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL FREEDOM –
How to achieve this for 2015

Do
you sometimes feel that your life is out of control?
That
you have no real say in what is happening to you?
Do
others appear to intentionally annoy you?
Surrounded
by toxic people you can't get rid of?
Is
life in general getting you down?
Totally
fed up with everything but don't know what to do?
Well…. You are
not alone because 90% of others feel exactly the same way.
But….. you have a definite advantage because with the material you
are about to read you can easily change things.
Let’s look at a
very likely future scenario first then I’ll explain how to neutralize the above
problems.
Many of you were hit badly when the recent
General Financial Collapse (GFC) occurred. House prices dropped radically……
people lost their jobs and a general feeling of depression permeated society.
All this initiated when the high-risk mortgage loan business in the USA
collapsed….. and spread world-wide into other areas. Almost everyone was
affected in some way. It’s not over yet though: we are still recovering from
the GFC pains.
Now….. the bad news: this scenario is very likely to happen again,
but in a much more vicious manner. You will have little warning because some
totally unlikely event might trigger it off….. such as the complete collapse of
the Russian Rouble.
The
pundits who correctly predicted the earlier GFC
have
also predicted this new collapse.
Jobs will
disappear, the property market will collapse and everyone will be filled with
gloom and despondency. Remote Viewing tells me this is likely to happen within
12 months or even earlier.
So, having been pre-warned what can you
do to prepare yourself?
Simple…… you need to clean up your
finances, attitudes, social contacts and overall lifestyle so that you can
survive comfortably while all else around you turns to chaos.
So…… here is a list of things you should
attend to as soon as possible:
1 – Your Income
2 – Dealing with toxic people
3 – Mind-state for freedom
4 – The property market
The above items will probably have the
most effect on your happiness, serenity and wellbeing.
YOUR INCOME
The next thing to consider is your
source of income. Is it safe? Do you work for an industry that could collapse
under stress? A very large number of individuals got thrown out of work during
the last GFC….. and they all thought their jobs were safe. In fact you just
need to read the daily papers to see how many companies are still closing down and
firing staff…… and this despite the last GFC supposedly being over! It’s not!!!
Right at this point in time I would
definitely not take on any new debt such as hire-purchase. And I would be
paying down my credit cards as fast as possible so I have a zero balance. I
would be using my cards only for short-term emergencies and I would be looking
around for secondary sources of income to give a feeling of added security.
Likewise I would look at my spending
patterns. What could I do without? Do I need to go to an expensive restaurant
twice a week or could I barbecue at home for my family at vastly reduced cost.
Make a written list of your expenses for
the past 2 weeks. You might just be horrified at what you’ve wasted. Be
ruthless with yourself…… cut those expenses back now before it’s too late.
Apply the money you save to reduce your current debts. You might be easily
servicing your debts right now but will you be able to in 6-9 months. Even if
you are currently working for the strongest of companies a new GFC might well
cause your salary to be “downsized”. Ask yourself what would happen if your
income was suddenly reduced by 30%. Allow for this now by reducing your
outgoings to allow for a salary drop. You will feel a lot happier with yourself
as you will realize that you have things under control. This makes for
peace-of-mind as everything around you collapses.
You might consider me to be an alarmist
and say to yourself…. “This guy James is
talking crap”…… but please bear in mind I’m currently 74 years old and I’ve
lived through all this financial disaster stuff
before…… in 3 different countries.
And I can see it all rolling round yet
again! The signs to me are obvious.
If you are one of those super positive individuals
who believe this can’t happen to you…. then….. good luck in life!!
The bottom line is this - get yourself a small backup income if you
can. It doesn’t matter what it is providing it brings in an extra regular batch
of dollars. In 6-9 months time you might be seriously glad that you organized
this NOW!
DEALING WITH TOXIC PEOPLE
It’s taken me years to remove this bunch
from my life. This includes relatives, professional bludgers, scam merchants
and peer pressure groups.
You probably have a number of
acquaintances who you wish would disappear.
Some of these clearly have never
developed a life of their own and try to infest yours like a human cockroach.
Slowly remove yourself from contact with them by reducing social contact. If
they are relatives use all sorts of transparently garbage excuses to avoid
their company. They should eventually get the message. If they don’t then say
to them…… “Have you ever thought of
getting a life of you own instead of pestering me?” Be very blunt otherwise
they will simply not go away.
Others are merely pests and keep wanting
to borrow things from you. Tell them that from now on you are charging a $20
deposit on borrowed items as you are sick of items not being returned.
Others merely want to latch on to you as
you are perceived as being dynamic and interesting to be around. Tell these
types that you have a major secret project on and that you can no longer afford
disruptions so you have no time to spend with them anymore.
My point here is to end up mixing ONLY
with those individuals who can add value to your life. Sure, you might become
somewhat unpopular for a while with these rejects but my own personal attitude
is….. “I couldn’t give a stuff!!”
The reason being this is the only life
I’ve got and I want to live it my way.
If you’re involved with peer groups who
exert constant pressure for you to “behave according to their belief system”
then I’d suggest you ask yourself what it is that really makes you happy. Doing
things for yourself…….. or for this peer group. I think the answer is obvious.
Remember you are obligated to no one
except yourself ….. and your partner and kids. If anyone else feels or acts
like you should be obligated to them then give them the message. Loud and
clear!!
You need to clear the toxics out of your
life to give you peace and serenity….. which is
exactly what you deserve!
Most people under normal circumstances
act in a reasonably decent manner but when things collapse and the stress rolls
in they tend to act right out of character, usually due to necessity. They will
tell lies and borrow money that they have no hope of ever paying back. Watch
out for this in the future as things become tougher. People you have associated
with for years might suddenly turn against you…… for no apparent reason that
you can ascertain. You’ll start to wonder what you’ve done wrong. Well…… it
isn’t you…. it’s them! The stress has got to their thinking process. The only
answer is to gracefully slide away from them. It can be a very disturbing
situation for you but get over it. Crap happens! Get on with your own life and
keep a wary eye out for others who may start acting in the same confusing
manner.
MIND-STATE FOR FREEDOM
Many of us go to bed at night seriously
worried about a specific problem. In fact sometimes we worry about it day and
night. There is a dead simple way to reduce this worry and often solve the
problem at the same time.
As you drop off to sleep at night you
pass down through the hypnotic Alpha state and this is when you can easily
influence your subconscious mind. (Likewise as you wake up in the morning.)
So after you get in bed and turn the
light out think about your problem and visualize
it being solved. Visualize the satisfactory end solution. See others
congratulating you on the outcome. See yourself celebrating with a glass of
champagne (or whatever). See only the
end solution….. not the problem.
Then when you have done that use Dream
Control to reinforce the solution. When you’ve finished the success
visualization say to yourself over and over (until you drop asleep) …. “I will have a dream tonight that will solve
this current problem.”
Dreams appear to sometimes have a
massive impact on our waking lives. I’ve fully covered this subject in some of
the books I’ve written so I won’t expand on it here.
The simple technique above can produce
quite dramatic effects for some individuals and it costs you absolutely nothing
to try it. Plus it uses time that you would normally waste for random
uncontrolled thinking.
The way to create a more relaxed and
enjoyable lifestyle is to use these mind-influencing programs which can
literally change the world around you.
The right programs will create
emotional, financial and physical freedom.
You might have a whole batch of small
worries or concerns that are distracting you from making significant
achievements. In this case do the same
nightly mind process as above but simply visualize yourself living the life you
want with no significant worries. See yourself a being free and in control.
Tell yourself to have dreams that set you on the path to true freedom. Just
carry on with the program night after night. It may take months to work
properly but it gives you something positive to focus on as you go to sleep…..
instead of a batch of pointless mental meanderings. We have discovered that
this dream control often works quite brilliantly.
Why is your conscious mind-state so
important in this physical world of ours?
Quantum
physicists discovered that physical atoms are made up of vorticies
of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating. Matter, at its tiniest
observable level, is energy and human consciousness is connected to it; human
consciousness can influence its behavior and even re-structure it.
Below
all the various increasingly smaller sub-atomic particles there appears to be a
“sea” from which everything springs.
This
is suspected to be a sea of pure consciousness. Burst of matter appear to
solidify from this waveform of consciousness.
As
such consciousness is the common denominator of all the matter you physically
observe. Every single thing you observe around you has triggered from this sea
of consciousness. Quite a profound thought, isn’t it? Sort of stands the
currently accepted physical reality on its head! Worse still, this is not
science fiction…. It’s science fact!
A
fundamental conclusion of new physics also acknowledges that the observer
creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation
of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a
“mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: “The stream
of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to
look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer
appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter; we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the
realm of matter. Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The
universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual.” (R.C. Henry, “The Mental
Universe”)
Thoughts,
intentions, prayer and other units of consciousness can directly influence our
physical material world. Consciousness can be a big factor in creating change
on the planet. Sending thoughts of love, healing intent, prayer, good
intention, and more can have a powerful influence on what you are directing
those feelings towards.
It
has been proven over and over again that focused mental thoughts convert into
physical reality. The more focused intent and dedication you apply the quicker
the results. The Law of Attraction is based on this.
THE PROPERTY MARKET
Many years ago I spent almost 5 years as
a real estate agent on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia. During that
time I learnt to specialize in trading and bartering property deals. This was
when I wrote my first book on property trading called The Millionaires Manual.
(Incidentally that book was a howling success and has sold over 50,000 copies.
It is still selling on Amazon.)
Based on my knowledge of the cyclic real
estate market here are a couple of pointers if you are currently thinking of
buying or selling property.
If you are selling use the auction
process. Right at the moment auctions are enormously successful. For example if
you currently have a property you want to sell for, say, $400,000 and you list
it in the normal way with several agents (NEVER give one agent a sole agency)
you will get offers. But buyers will expect you to drop your price maybe to
$360,000 or so. However if you list this in an auction with a reserve price of
$400,000 the competitive gamblers instinct takes over among the buyers and you
are more likely to achieve a final bid closer to $450,000. A big difference.
Now conversely, if you are buying a
property right now do not go anywhere
near an auction! If you do you will be paying too much. Purchase
conventionally by approaching your local real estate agents and if you find a
property you like put in a low offer and see what happens. You can always raise
your offer later and negotiate.
Bear in mind that real estate is cyclic
and should a second GFC arrive any property you buy now could drop
significantly in price. If you’re looking to hold the property long-term (10
years or more) then you probably won’t be too worried about price fluctuations.
But if you buy now and mortgage yourself
to the hilt at current low interest rates you could come seriously unstuck a
few years down the line when interest rates soar and the value of your property
drops. It can easily get to the stage when you owe the bank more than the
property is worth. This is currently known as an “underwater” mortgage. Tens of
thousands of individuals got stuck in this situation after the recent GFC. Many
of them lost their homes by mortgage default to their local financial institution.
Just remember this -
Life doesn’t roll on
smoothly for most people – it twitches and jerks.
You might need to
encourage yours to flow in a smoother manner!
