I have been using your Supercons for 4
weeks now, using meditation rather than self hypnosis.
About 2 weeks ago I was lying on my bed early evening doing the process and
starting to feel very connected with everything when out of the blue a deep

around 20 years ago but as far as I can recall never did anything with this
research effort. After a couple of recent inquiries about this subject I dug

conscious and subconsciousness can achieve because it is truly a universal

experimented with both meditation and hypnotic induction and the trance state
of self hypnosis seems to be the easiest and most

This was obviously going to work too slowly so I switched to the self hypnosis process which I has experimented with several
years ago. The initial results over 2 days were quite rapid and I could feel
